Flags

A number of members have raised the issue of flags being fixed on street furniture. For residents wishing to raise objections or questions, GOCA has been advised by the council that if they are on lamposts then you should contact Hertfordshire County Council. Likewise, if they are on Telegraph posts please direct your concerns to penreach/BT.
