Several hundred people attended the residents’ meeting on 16th July to discuss the proposed Croudace Homes development of 225 houses near Jones Road.
A number of speakers reinforced the need to ‘act as one team’, stressing the importance of ‘unity and togetherness’ and emphasising the “responsibility of us all to protect this area’.
Actions you can take: search for Facebook page - Protect Goffs Oak Greenbelt – for details of the proposal and updates.
A GOFUNDME page has been established by the Jones Road Action Group, to build a ‘Fighting-Fund’ to pay for awareness materials, legal & planning support.

Our MP Lewis Cocking has pledged his support via letter distributed to households in the vicinity.
