The Laurel Park application (Corner of Hammondstreet Road & Newgatestreet Road) for a SEN school & up to 90 houses was to have been reviewed at a Council Planning meeting on 14th October but has been withdrawn while further aspects of the plan are considered. It will be referred to a future Planning Committee possibly on 18th November 2025. The application is 07/25/0222/F and can be reviewed on the Council’s Planning Portal. As GOCA, we are objecting to the development in the Green Belt. It was not designated as a site for development in the Broxbourne Local Plan.
